Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 27 Academy. By enrolling in programs, accessing the website, and using academy materials, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your registration, payment, enrolling program and visiting website.

  1. Programs and Batches
    • Program Structure: The programs offered at 27 Academy are designed for Civil Services Examination (CSE) preparation and follow a structured curriculum based on different levels. Each level corresponds to a unique learning phase.
    • Batch Timings: Batches and batch timings as announced by the Academy. The program typically spans 129 days, divided into levels, with clearly defined schedules.
    • Class Schedules: Class timings are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated via official channels (email, website, or phone). Candidates are responsible for keeping up with class timings and changes.
  2. Content and Materials
    • Content Ownership: All learning materials, program content, and resources provided by 27 Academy are proprietary. They are meant for the personal use of registered candidates only and must not be shared, copied, profited, distributed, or repurposed without prior written permission.
    • Access to Resources: Upon successful admission, candidates will receive access to all the necessary program materials for their selected batch. These materials are continually updated to reflect the most current examination requirements.
    • Intellectual Property: The content provided by 27 Academy is protected by intellectual property laws. Any misuse or unauthorized distribution of content will result in legal action.
  3. Payment Methods
    • Program Fees: The total fee for the Guidance Program of UPSC Civil Services Examination is ₹54,229, and ₹129 registration fee. Candidates must ensure that payments are structure outlined by the Academy.
    • Payment Options: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or UPI. All fees must be cleared before the commencement of the program unless otherwise communicated by the Academy.
  4. Refund Policy
    • Refund on Cancellation: Once the admission process is completed and payment is made, no refunds will be processed. The registration fee of ₹129 is non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • Batch Transfer: If a candidate wishes to transfer to another batch, the request must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the new batch. The transfer is subject to seat availability.
    • Program Discontinuation: If 27 Academy cancels or discontinues any program for unforeseen reasons, the candidate will receive a full refund of the remaining course fee, excluding the registration fee.
  5. Code of Conduct
    • Classroom Behaviour: Candidates are expected to maintain professionalism and discipline at all times during classes. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in expulsion without any refund.
    • Attendance: Candidates are required to maintain a minimum attendance percentage as defined by the Academy. Failure to do so may result in removal from the program.
    • Misuse of Resources: Any misuse of academy resources, including but not limited to content, materials, and facilities, will lead to immediate termination of the program without refund.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    • Academy’s Responsibility: While 27 Academy strives to provide the best preparation and guidance, the Academy does not guarantee success in the Civil Services Examination. The final outcome depends on each candidate’s effort and dedication.
    • Website Use: The Academy is not responsible for any technical issues or disruptions while accessing the website. Candidates are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate access to online platforms.
  7. Amendments
    • Policy Changes: 27 Academy reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the candidates through official channels.
