Refund Policy

At 27 Academy, committed to providing candidates with high-quality guidance and educational services. To maintain the integrity of programs and operations, Academy have established the following refund policy:

  1. No Refund Policy
    • Once a payment is made for any courses, programs, or registration fees, it is considered final and non-refundable. This applies to:
    • Course Fees: All course fees paid at any stage (whether full payment or level-based installments) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • Registration Fees for Admission/Assessment Tests: Fees paid during the registration process for admission exams or assessment tests are also non-refundable, irrespective of the test outcome.
  2. Non-Transferable Fees
    • All payments made towards program fees or registration fees are non-transferable. Candidates cannot transfer payments to another individual, program, or future batch once they have made a payment.
  3. Course Withdrawal
    • If a candidate chooses to withdraw from the program at any stage, no refunds or credits will be issued for the unused portion of the course. The academy reserves the right to fill the spot with another candidate, but the initial fee will remain non-refundable.
  4. Commitment to Quality
    • By enrolling in a program at 27 Academy, candidates agree to the terms of this refund policy and acknowledge that the academy invests significant resources into delivering top-tier education, instruction, and guidance program. As a result, the no-refund policy helps ensure the sustainability and quality of academy services.
  5. Course Cancellations by the Academy
    • In rare instances where the academy may have to cancel a course or program due to unforeseen circumstances, candidates will be provided with alternative solutions such as rescheduling or transferring to another batch. However, refunds will be processed or as fees paid will be adjusted toward the alternative offering.
