PAYMENT POLICY

At 27 Academy, committed to providing clear and transparent information regarding payment procedures for all programs and services. This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for program fees, registration fee, and refunds.

  1. Program Fee
    • The total fee for the Guidance Program for UPSC Civil Services Examination at 27 Academy is ₹54,229. This fee covers all instructional materials, access to classroom sessions, and academic support throughout the duration of the program.
    • Program Fee: ₹54,229 (Exclusive of applicable taxes).
  2. Registration Fee
    • A non-refundable registration fee of ₹129 is required to secure candidate enrolment in the program. This fee is payable at the time of registration and must be completed to proceed with the Online Assessment Test.
    • Registration Fee: ₹129 (non-refundable)
  3. Payment Schedule
    • Full Payment: Candidates have the option to make the full payment of ₹54,229 at the time of enrolment.
    • Installments: As of now Academy does not have any installment plan, allowing candidates to pay in multiple installments.

All payments must be completed before the commencement of the program to ensure participation. In case of failure to make timely payments, 27 Academy reserves the right to withdraw the candidate’s admission.

  1. Accepted Payment Methods
    • Academy accept the following payment methods:
      • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
      • Net Banking
      • UPI
      • Bank Transfer

All payments must be made through academy’s secure payment gateway Razor pay, accessible through the website or directly at academy office.

  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy
    • Registration Fee: The ₹129 registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • Program Fee Refunds: A refund request for the program fee can be made only if it is submitted in writing before the program starts. No refunds will be processed once the program has commenced. 
    • Before Program Commencement: Full refund of the program fee, excluding the registration fee and Taxes.
    • After Program Commencement: No refunds are available after the program starts.
  2. Late Payments
    • If any payment is delayed beyond the agreed-upon schedule, candidates will be subject to late fees or penalties as decided by the academy. Failure to pay dues on time may also result in suspension from the program.
  3. Tax Information
    • All fees are Exclusive of applicable taxes. Should there be any changes in tax laws or the introduction of additional taxes or levies, the candidates will be informed, and adjustments may be made accordingly.
