CANDIDATE’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Condition’s main motive is to seek permission from candidates and clarify their responsibility for the entire program, it is a document outlining the terms and conditions to aware candidates.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Program Enrollment: By enrolling in the Guidance Program UPSC Civil Services Examination at 27 Academy, candidates acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

  1. I confirm that they meet all eligibility criteria specified by the academy for admission to the program. Any misrepresentation or falsification of information regarding eligibility may result in immediate termination of admission.
  2. I agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with the program according to the schedule provided by the academy. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of admission. Payment once paid cannot be RETURNED. Even if it is in between particular program levels can’t be returned. Candidate withdrawal of admission in between any program payment can’t be returned back.
  3. Candidates are expected to attend all scheduled classes, workshops, seminars, and other program activities as required by the academy. Regular attendance and active participation are essential for maximizing learning outcomes and success in the program.
  4. Candidates must and should agree to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and honesty throughout the duration of the program. Any form of plagiarism, sharing details, cheating, or academic misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the program.
  5. Candidates shall conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times while on academy premises or participating in academy-related activities. Any behaviour deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others will result in disciplinary action and termination of admission.
  6. Candidates should agree to maintain the confidentiality of all academy-related information, materials, and discussions, including but not limited to program content, examination papers, and personal information of fellow candidates and instructors.
  7. Candidates should acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with academy materials, curriculum, and resources are owned by the academy. Unauthorized use or distribution of academy materials is strictly prohibited.
  8. The candidate is responsible for their own health and safety while on academy premises or participating in academy-related activities. The academy will take reasonable measures to ensure a safe learning environment, but the candidate must adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
  9. The academy reserves the right to terminate the admission of any candidate who fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein or engages in behaviour detrimental to the academy’s reputation or objectives. Such termination may occur without prior notice and without refund of fees.
  10. The candidate may raise any grievances or concerns regarding the program or academy facilities through the designated channels provided by the academy. The academy will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve such grievances in a timely manner.
  11. The academy reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications will be communicated to the candidate via email or other official channels.
  12. Program Duration: The academy offers a comprehensive coaching program designed to prepare candidates for the Civil Services Examination over the specified duration, as communicated to the candidates upon enrolment.
  13. The academy provides candidates with access to course materials, resources, and curriculum designed to facilitate learning and preparation for the Civil Services Examination. Candidates agree to use these materials for educational purposes only and not for distribution or resale and exchange.
  14. The academy employs qualified instructors and subject matter experts to deliver lectures, conduct workshops, and provide guidance to candidates throughout the program. Candidates agree to engage respectfully with instructors and participate actively in all program activities.
  15. Candidates are required to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with the program according to the schedule provided by the academy. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of admission.

By signing below, the candidate acknowledges that I have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions outlined above for admission to the Guidance Program UPSC Civil Services Examination at 27 Academy.

TRAVEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

I, Candidate at 27 Academy, acknowledge that as a participant in the Guidance Program UPSC Civil Services Examination at 27 Academy, I may be required to undertake tasks or activities that involve travel, exploration, and independent study outside of the academy premises.

I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Responsibility: I acknowledge that any tasks, assignments, or activities assigned to me by the academy that involve travel or independent exploration are undertaken at my own risk. I accept full responsibility for my actions and decisions during such activities.
  2. Safety and Well-being: I will prioritize my safety and well-being at all times while carrying out tasks or activities outside of the academy premises. I will adhere to all safety guidelines and precautions provided by the academy and exercise caution in unfamiliar environments.
  3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: I will comply with all local laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to the areas I visit during the course of my tasks or activities. I understand that any violations of laws or regulations are my sole responsibility and may result in legal consequences.
  4. Communication and Reporting: I agree to promptly communicate with the academy regarding my whereabouts, progress, and any challenges or concerns encountered during the execution of tasks or activities. I will provide regular updates and reports as requested by the academy.
  5. Insurance and Liability: I understand that the academy does not provide insurance coverage for personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the execution of tasks or activities outside of the academy premises. I am responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage, if desired.
  6. Release of Liability: I release 27 ACADEMY, its employees, instructors, and affiliates from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from my participation in tasks or activities that involve travel or independent exploration.

I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above, and I voluntarily consent to participate in tasks or activities that may require travel or independent exploration.
